Baldwinsville was special called for a Heavy Rescue to an MVA with Entrapment on 690 Eastbound in the Lakeside Fire District. Rescue 6 AND Car 4 (Cerio) diverted from a Residential Carbon Monoxide alarm and responded directly to the scene of the accident. Rescue 6's crew went right to work assisting in extricating 1 patient. Due to the vehicle being pinned against a tree the extrication work was difficult and extensive. The patient was extricated in just over an hour and transported to  the nearest trauma center
